School Lunch for All
Feed the Kids. End the Debt.
No student should go hungry. No child or family should experience financial strain, public shame, or debt in exchange for school meals.
Demand Congress Provide Free School Meals To Every K-12 Student In America
With so many parents out of work, rising food insecurity across the country and growing uncertainty surrounding the school year, our children are at risk of going hungry.
We're calling on the Senate Committee on Agriculture and the USDA to create a pilot program to establish a free school meals program for the 2020-21 school year to provide daily meals, FREE OF CHARGE, to all students upon the reopening of schools.
No student should have to bear the financial burden of school meals. No student should be shamed over school lunch.
The best way to ensure that our students are fed and protected is an order from the top. That's why WE NEED YOU TO SIGN THIS PETITION — feeding our students has never been more urgent.
